The class will focus on how our thoughts and emotions can guide us toward both good and bad actions. If you want to better understand how people form bad habits, how those habits turn to addictions, and what the process is for breaking the cycle then this class if for you!

This one-day class will be held in the Omar East Room 201 at Citylight Midtown Church (4383 Nicholas St) on Saturday, June 17th from 8:30AM-4:30PM.
The class is $30 (whether your come for the morning or the whole day).
